Art of Being: The Immutable & Fiction (Dance/Movement Workshop)

Mondays, October 19, 26, November 2, 9, 16, 23, 12:30-2:30 pm CST In-Person @ Chicago Danztheatre Ensemble, 3rd floor Loft, 1650 W Foster Ave. Chicago, IL (Zoom participation is also available)

Based on accumulating study on Quantum Physics, Ayako will invite participants to dance/move as a creator of both fiction and reality, and question what it means to create. Through grounding and uplifting somatic and improvisational exercises inspired by Quantum Entanglement/Cosmology, Ayako will guide you to open up space in you and dance as fully and freely as wave-particles!

This is an experimental contemporary dance workshop and an open-level dance/movement class. Practitioners of all forms of dance, theater, music, arts, and movement lovers are welcome. Dress comfortably so you can move with ease. Just come with your dancing spirit and curiosity to explore what humans are together!!
